WOW! For a Monday today has gone really well. It was my first day back at work since almost 2 wks ago from the holiday vacation and let me tell you I was so happy to be back with the wonderfull crew I work with. They will make you laugh!
I didn't sleep well last night but I accidently forgot to take my Fibromyalgia meds so that could of been a cause plus the anxiousness of getting back to work. Anyway, I started my day around 5am with 2 cups of sugarfree coffee flavored with hazelnut and a banana. It was yummy...seriously! I got off my school bus route and came home and had two more cups of sugarfree coffee with a bit of hazelnut flavor...OMG...I'm hooked on it now. It got my day started great!
At around 9am or a bit after I head on back to work to start my day in the child nutrition...for lunch I had a small baked chicken breast, beans and peaches with water flavored with crystal light. That hit the spot. Once we were done I always go change and just take a break before getting back on my bus. I had a Diet Dr Pepper a small apple and 10 little pretzel chips. Believe it or not this was actually satisfying. I seriously doubted that some of these little snacks and such would work but it is actually very good and has kept me satisfied.
When I got home from the long day I was actually still in a great mood and spirits are still up. I warmed up some Blackeye Peas for my supper with a bottle of water w/ crystal light peach tea and later had a snack of a jello fruit cup and a small string cheese stick.
The cold weather has seriously got me a bit under the weather ...not sick but just blah. The temps here are getting right to plumit down to the teens and between my Fibromyalgia and Bursitis I don't fare very well in the cold. I do better in warm temps! I am hoping to get my schedule figured out better with my exercising. However tomorrow at work is my day to do lots of movement!! I should be sweating at some point :)
Best Wishes to everyone in their New Year endeavors!
Lets knock these pounds out of here!!!!
